<p>Perfection in craftsmanship is our maxim. That is why the production of every JOSEPHINE glass strictly follows traditional and elaborate glassmaking techniques. In a fascinating process, the glass is melted in the furnace, picked up on a glassmaker&apos;s pipe and, in many steps, mouth-blown, shaped by hand, slowly cooled, and given a high-quality finish. It takes years of experience, extreme skill, and delicate artistry from our selected glassblowers to produce glasses of this delicacy and precision despite the simplest of tools. As each piece is handmade, shape and size may minimally vary, and isolated small bubbles may appear in the glass which do not affect the function of the glass in any way. Rather, this is an expression of the essence of handblown glass that makes each piece a unique specimen of true craftsmanship. Before shipping, we thoroughly inspect the quality of all products. Any glass that does not meet the highest standards of precision and feather-light weight is remelted and recycled. If you have nonetheless received a defective product, please contact us immediately So that we may deal with this matter in the best possible way, please provide the following information:</p>
